Rated lifting capacity
The rated lifting capacity refers to the maximum working load that can be lifted by the hoist or the picking device (such as the grab beam). Including the deadweight of the hoist. The unit is kilograms.
Lifting height or lift
The vertical distance between the lowest position and the highest position of the hoist is called the height or lift of the gate hoist. Generally, it is equal to the maximum rope retraction and release amount of the drum or the maximum stroke of the hydraulic gate hoist piston. The unit is meter.
Working speed
1. The lifting speed is the rising speed of the hoist at the rated speed of the motor or the rated oil discharge of the oil pump. The unit is meter/minute.
2. The closing speed refers to the speed at which the gate falls by its own weight when the motor of the fast gate hoist is closed or the throttling oil valve of the hydraulic circuit is at the maximum opening, in meters/minute.
3. The running speed refers to the speed at which the trolley or car runs in a straight line when the motor of the mobile gate hoist running structure is at the rated speed, in meters/minute.
4. The slewing speed refers to the running speed of the slewing structure motor at the rated speed, in meters/minute.
Span
The span refers to the distance between the centers of the running tracks of the mobile gate hoist trolley, that is, the track gauge of the trolley. The unit is meter.
Crane working level
The crane working level refers to the busyness of the crane, that is, the total running time of the gate hoist in a year.
1. Light working system refers to short running time and long rest time. Such as: gates and trash racks.
2. Intermediate working system refers to gates that are frequently used. Such as: miter gates of ship locks, etc.
