QL screw opening and closing machine is a special machinery for water conservancy projects, widely used in water conservancy and hydropower, municipal construction, aquaculture and farmland water conservancy construction and other projects through the sluice control. The opening and closing machine is mainly composed of a motor, a reducer, a ball screw, a nut, a support seat, etc.
The working principle is that after the motor is connected to the power, the power is transmitted to the ball screw through the reducer, and the ball screw converts the power into the rotating movement of the nut, thereby driving the opening and closing of the valve.

Although the QL screw opening and closing machine has many advantages, because the body does not slow down or the deceleration procedure is less, the speed ratio is small, so its opening and closing ability is limited to a certain extent, and the commonly used tonnage is relatively small.
